Default Not sure i'm eating right

Hello my name is Golden, and i had the sleeve surgery three weeks ago. I had it done in Mexico because my insurance would not cover it. The experience was fine, but now that i'm home i'm not getting any support from the doctor who performed the surgery. I think i messed up going from clear liquids to protein shakes. I am always hungry, do not think i'm eating the right foods. I don't want to mess this up and i'm looking for some guidance.

Did they give you a book or schedule or guide to help you plan your recovery? Do you have a local doctor you can go to for help? Your GP should be aware of the changes you've made and be happy to see you.

As for messing up, tell us what you're eating/drinking now and we'll give you some feedback. Be honest so we can tell you if you might be making any mistakes. It's not the end of the world! You can do it.
