I'm sorry you're upset. I would be too. I know it gets old people talking about stalls so I won't do that. Perhaps you can drink more water? I'm not sure but it has to come off eventually, right? I'm nervous about the pounds hanging on for dear life, too. Look at everything with a microscope and do some slight adjusting to maybe kick yourself out of the stall.

    Hang in there!

My advice is to look at your calorie and fat intake closely. If you're exercising a lot, you may actually need to add a little more of both. If you are exerting yourself, your body will be in store mode. Try adding coconut oil to your food. This is what I learned in my support group meeting. When stalling came up for discussion. Shock your system. Best of luck. Don't get down on yourself.

Were you on an airplane for your vacation? Air travel can result in water retention.

Sorry Aquajog. I with ya, same surgey day and I have only lost 14lbs since surgey, u may have eaten salt or with all your walking maybe u gained some muscle. Is there anything u can try on that was snug to see if you have lost inches? We started at similar weights and u r almost out of the 190's I'm still trying to get into them.

No airplane .. I watch my salt intake closely. Walked 12,000 steps most days ,aqua jogged an hour most days. I was so focused on everything that Iatr .carried a cooler in the car and at the beach . I am hoping that I built some muscle . I had been really sick about 6 weeks post op . Not surgery related but fever , chills , nausea , got dehydrated . Focused just in keeping fluids down .nit eating much or moving much . Felt like this for about 2 weeks. Was seen by my surgein's PA . And when I felt better trainer did my weight on a regular BMI scale. He said he understood why but I had lost to much muscle weight .
So I am really hoping I got some of my "muscle "back and muscle weights more.

It also sounds like you weren't eating enough, stall or famine consciousness. Find something that was just too tight or fit just right and will now maybe be too loose.

I am doing 3- 4 oz protien 3 times a day. Try to take a couple bits fruit or veggies. I also do 3 dairy usually one of these are yogurt. 80 oz of fluids..I keep track of both.
I meet with the trainer again on Weds right after my 3 month doctor appointment.
I track my steps on my
FitBit. I really felt that I would get on the scale yesterday one it would show a loss. II just posted before and after photo but could not figure how to get them on these post. I really look like I lost weight.

Don't forget muscle weighs too. You could have lost fat and been gaining muscle. I read a post on here from someone whose Doctor had a fat/ muscle ratio scale and she realized she lost more than she even thought. Just an idea, I think a lot of gyms can measure that too. If you can see the loss try not to get stuck on a number . Good luck
