Calories per day?

Is everyone exercising? I find if I change up my routine there, it will put me back to loosing.

I feel like entering my daily intake into my fitness pal everyday is a big part of healthy life changes. It makes me think about what I eat before I eat it. I also really like seeing the data about protein, vitamins etc. everyone should do what works best for them though.

I was always a water drinker, although not 64 oz, pre-sleeve. I bought a 72oz water container from Walmart and I fill it every morning. Most days I drink all 72oz, a few times I don't stress over the last 8oz. I sometimes add a bit of Crystal light to a water bottle that I refill from the big guy. I usually dilute that by half so I have a variety of flavors. I also drink SoBe Lifewater that I buy by the case at Costco. It counts as my water and most times I drink half and refill with more water. It's probably the only way I would get all my water in each day.
Hope this helps a few with their water intake.

I'm a year out, and i just stayed increasing my calories. I eat between 800~1000 calories a day. Yes i eat my proforma. I rarely get veggies in. Fruit only through yogurt and smoothies. My life consist of protein. I only drink shakes if i need more protein.

I don't count calories. Just protein 60-80 grams
