im not usually a sweets person , but lately i'vebeen craving chocolate, and ice cream... i found some weight watchers ice cream candy bar(kinda like snikers ice cream candy)yummmy!!! but i REALLY want a caremel candy bar!!! so i settled for a piece of string cheese.

I have eaten the sugar free turtle candy .. chocoate, caramel and pecans.. cant remember who makes them but they are name brand. They sell them at dollar general for $1 a bag... they sell them at Kroger too. They are good. They don't bother me. But, i only eat them when i am really craving a treat.

if you want it eat it, but savor it.....you KNOW you cannot eat anymore than a few bites so why not if you are driving your self nuts over it......OR there are so many other choices WE CAN make now that we made these choices of this LIFE style, dark chocolate covered strawberries, dark chocolate anything is a good choice, oh jello have a great mousse temptations (the chocolate mint one it yummmmmm!) hits that chocolate monster within us!

Try some sugar free frozen yogurt and put any flavor of Torani sugar free syrup on it and top with a squirt of canned whip cream. The Torani syrups come in lots of flavors. I ordered a variety pack online and it has chocolate, vanilla, caramel, hazel nut, raspberry and Irish cream. Yummy!

I agree, eat what u want at times. We know we can't eat it all the time but I ate two M Ms and I was totally fine with that. For one thing it was almost too sweet and I didn't want anymore.

Hi! I know what you mean, I have cravings right about a week before my monthly time. Usually lasts for a couple days. Fruit helps with the sweet tooth. Crunchy fruits like apples and grapes. The other thing that was strange was when I had a really tough time with cravings I finally found out it was because I wasn't taking in enough water. Just a thought

Thanks everyone I was completely driving myself nuts so I went and bought some m&ms and jello temptations and grapes noe I'm set for a while ! And your right Dana 2 mms and iwas fine! And yes almost TOO sweet!

I bought myself a bag of Hershey's miniatures. I figure if I get the craving, I can eat one piece and it will satisfy me. I've been having the chocolate cravings too, which is why I went out and bought the bag. If I crave something and try to substitute something else, the craving does not go away, it actually makes the craving worse!!

THAT has NEVER been a problem before---AND someone told me ---- could be a fib--- but I can only buy a little bag instead of a 2 lb bag. WHAT A CONCEPT FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
