Default 2 years Tomorrow. :) looking back I would do it over again

Reading a lot of your blogs and posts seeing a lot of new faces and some familiar ones. Life has kept me pretty much busy after sleeve always moving and doing stuff. Life at 360 vs life at 215 is a world of difference. if you are new to sleeve or even thinking about it this place has a ton of info. I started with My Surgery 2 years ago and love the change it has done to my body. Granted you do have to put work in along the way my no way shape or form is this a diet, it will change your life. Even to this day people are still amazed at the transformation. I am stil working out trying to get tone now. Let me start by saying my main reason for sleeve was I had Afib about 4 years ago being 34 and having heart problems is not something I can deal with. After 2 days of pretty hardcore testing I was diagnosed with a slightly enlarged heart. thats all I needed to hear that and Dr. telling me I had to do something now. Like a lot of people I was on a diet roller coaster my highest weight was 360. I had lost 50 pds by dieting but like always it kept creeping back. I needed help. After months of research I chose the Sleeve. I see a cardiologist once a year since my initial afib .
As of one month ago the Dr could not believe the difference in my heart it is back to normal. it is stronger now than it ever has been. Thats a huge weight off my shoulders. some other success I had. As far as exercise. I ran my first 5k a few months ago. I roller skate 3x a week I am on a roller derby team and I do my cardio and strength training at the gym. no seat belt extensions on airplane ride, going to amusement parks not having to worry about if i am going to fit in the seat or not. Clothing I went from 3xl down to a large size 52 jeans down to a 36. ladies you may want to cover your eyes lol. Guys the myth of our manhood getting bigger as you loose weight, well. Let me just put it to you this way. A battleship is bigger in the harbor than it is in the ocean. once the fat around your pelvic area goes away ..WHALA ..seriously though this surgery has been nothing but positive. You are probably wondering well what does he eat. Answer to that is well anything I want. Just a lot lot lot smaller portion. example. Ribs instead of having a full rack of ribs now 3 or4 fills me up. Tacos not 5 or 6 but one does the trick maybe one and half at times. hamburger no bun i can eat about half and some fries. chicken breast about one. So you can see where i am going with this. our food is exactly the same just a lot smaller portion and I grown accustomed to it. My body knows that little bit of food fills me up and it stops eating. If any of you have any questions or want more information inbox me hit me up what ever. Oh yeah as far as drinks watch your beer yeah i drink beer a couple on weekends but alcohol hits us a lot harder.
I attach some before and after pics now. Damn big boy stretch marks wont go away but hey small price to pay.

    Inspiring. Thank you!
