I started my day off with some tea and then worked on my protein..i alternated from my protein drink to diluted grape juice all day and i think i drank about a total of 4 oz protein and 6 oz juice and 2 oz hot tea. I might manage another cup of tea or a popsicle before bed. But i was wondering if i should only be focusing on my protein or add in what i can tolerate along with other liquids?
