I started it from second month after surgery and kept increasing the weights,but now I have eased up on increasing weights however i have added on to reps, resulting no loose skin at all

, 45 mins cardio and 75 mind weight training ,5 days a week, and I actually lost faster than when I was not doin weight training in first 2 months. Good luck

Congratulations. How tall are you ?I started with 301 lbs and now 234 lbs.But my started waist size 46 dropped to only 42.

Thank you and Iam 6'2" , last checked aim 38 kinda strange but true
