I started it from second month after surgery and kept increasing the weights,but now I have eased up on increasing weights however i have added on to reps, resulting no loose skin at all , 45 mins cardio and 75 mind weight training ,5 days a week, and I actually lost faster than when I was not doin weight training in first 2 months. Good luck

Congratulations. How tall are you ?I started with 301 lbs and now 234 lbs.But my started waist size 46 dropped to only 42.
Way to go fellow June sleever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn!!!!! Working hard and both of us after the prize. 10 lbs away from my goal.
And I feel fabulous. It's only going to get better.
IT'S BEEN ALMOST TEN YEARS NOW SINCE MY SURGERY. AND IM STILL GOING STRONG!!!!!!
