I am now 3 weeks into a serious stall....I've only lost 2 lbs...I've tried upping my protein, I work out every day doing something that burns at least 400 calories....I called my nut and couldn't get in until 2/11/14.
Increase your calories, add an extra protein shake or use 1 or 2% milk instead of skim. Eat some organic peanut butter which has only 2 grams or sugar, only if your allowed peanut butter. There all kinds of ways to increase your calories. I am 5 months out and I rarely burn 400 calories with my workouts. Too little calories for me = no weight loss.
I up my calories to 900-1000 for a day or so. That worked for the last stall. I havent started exercising yet....soon though:-)

3 months: 9 lost (173-halfway to goal!)
5 months: 7 lost (161-1week stall)
7 months: 4 lost (152-4 week stall)
9 months: 1 lost (145-1 month stall)
10 months: 0 lost (145-2month stall
14 months: 0 lost (145-7 month stall)
My goal: 145...originally 129 but my body said no!
Sorry you are experiencing this. It royally sucks! I had my surgery the same day as you, and I stalled for almost 4 weeks. Then it moved a little for a day or two and then stopped again. I haven't been able to figure out the rhyme or reason to any of this. But I just wanted to show you some support and say I hope your body shows you something soon
