HI guys! I started this journey 7 weeks ago at 284lbs and I have already had 2 stalls and are so discouraged. I'm eating everything in moderation, keeping away from carbs for the most part and am really trying to get in all my liquids. I am having issues with finding a protein shake that I like post-op but have tried some protein bars that I like. I am working out 3 days a week and going for walks daily. Help, I don't know what I could be doing differently?
