Hello,
I am so excited. Today I found out I was approved to have the lap band removed after major complications. I will have it removed on 1/27/2014. Sleeve....here I come!

Welcome! I had my lap band removed on December 4th and sleeved at same time! You will absolutely LOVE the sleeve! I had complications with mine, and it hurt like hell to try and eat something. Now that I'm on a regular diet I've been trying different foods one day at a time. And at first I was sooo scared it was going to hurt and get stuck in my chest like it did with lap band. It didn't hurt , it didn't get stuck, I felt full after eating! I absolutely love my sleeve now! Good luck to you!

I had the lap band removed on 1/27/2014. I am waiting on approval to convert to sleeve of which doctor strongly believes it will be approved.

I had same procedure done......revision on same day as you on the 27th. How's it going? I'm sooooo happy to have that thing out of me! I feel tons better. And you??
