hi all....well what a difference 3 months makes....I went from a size 22/24 pants to a 16...and from ALMOST 3 X TOP TO A 18....I have lost about 36 pounds but I have lost a lot in inches....I feel so much better....almost off all my pills....couldn't of made a better decision than to have this surgery....its a modern medical marvel....good luck to all...stay the course and listen to the folks on this board.....all of you helped me out so much.....see ya all in 2 weeks.....fran

I'm 3 months out today also! Congrats on your progress. I've had a very slow month (4 lbs in Dec) but overall down 49 lbs and 11 inches on my waist. My pants size has gone from 18 to a 10. Very pleased with all the changes. This last month I've seen how easy it is to still eat nutritionally empty food (holiday cookies
) I know that the sleeve is a powerful tool but I still need to make conscious and good choices daily. Hoping that next month I can incorporate more cardiovascular exercise.
Highest weight: 236
Weight at first eval: 226
Wt starting 2 wk preop diet: 211
Wt surgery day: 209 (-17 lbs preop)
1st f/up: 195
1 month: 191 (-18 lbs post op)
3 month: 178 (-31 lbs post op)
6 month: 165 (-44 lbs post op)
1st goal 160lbs (pre cancer wt): 4/18/2014
2nd goal 140lbs: ?
