Under 300#

For the first time in far too long I now weigh less than 300 #. I really haven't said much to anyone because it has always been embarrassing to weigh over 300#. And while 297# is still awfully close, the scale is headed in the right direction. I feel so much better than I did. And my wife has told me that I look much better, but the most important part is that my health is improving. I am taking almost no insulin my blood pressure is down and very near to normal levels. This journey certainly hasn't been all roses and has been tuff. But it is without a doubt the best thing I have ever done for myself and I would do it again in a heartbeat. 72# too go to reach my goal of 225# we will see where this journey takes me. Thanks for all of your support. It is great to have people that are on the same path and who understand.

Congratulations!!! I know how you feel and it's awesome. Getting under 250 was even better although I'm stuck at the moment. Just wait until your clothes literally fall off (if they haven't started already).
