Which is one of the reasons we all take extra vitamin B12 along with extra calcium.

I don't take extra anything. Not even vitamins. All my levels are totally awesome.

I also took vitamins and B-12 drops the first month and haven't taken anything since.

I am on a PPI now and plan to be for life so I will always be taking B-12. I take a chewable that has over 1000% of the daily value. I'd rather do that then have reflux that's for sure.
