Default Deviled Eggs during pureed food stage

Hi, I am 5 days post op and my instructions are to puree all my food for the next 30 days. I am wondering if ordinary deviled eggs would be okay or if I should puree the white also. Any ideas?

I read in one of my information packets stating that in the current stage you are in.. if you can chew it... which you would have to chew the egg white... you CAN'T have it! Better to puree it and not be sorry! Good Luck to you on your journey with your new stomach!

I have eaten eggs on a purée , you just need to chew it well...alot. This way you get all the flavor and you do the purée with your mouth. Enjoy!

When I was in that stage, if it was soft ( like the eggs) then just make sure you chew it to that stage or beyond and you will be fine. If you have not had eggs be sure not to eat too much at first to make sure your new sleeve can handle them right now. Mine was fine, but some cant tolerate them this early.

My list of pureed foods included scrambled eggs but not hard boiled eggs. Hard boiled eggs were given as a specific example of soft foods.
