I used to love using the rowing machine, bike and treadmill but I expect I'll have to take it easy at first to let the stomach heal itself.
Can anyone give me any advice on what exercise to do first? and how long does it take for the stomach to be fully healed.
Can't wait to have the surgery and get fit again, I have run a half marathon, full marathon and have done 2 Olympic triathlons all while weighting between 238 - 300lbs but I can't manage this any more and my weight has gone up to 322lbs so I am having wls to help me to control my weight.
Would it be possible to run a marathon or do a triathlon after this surgery? I was wondering if it would be possible to get all the fuel in your body before and during an endurance sport, has anyone done this?
Sorry for all the questions I am just so eager for this surgery, I can't wait to get started.
