Hi All
I have just returned back to work after 4 weeks of vacation in South Africa (home for me as I currently work in Colombia). I did not have a scale to use, so it was with some concern that I approached my scale when I got back to Colombia.
The day I went on vacation I was 110kg (243lb) and this after 4 weeks of stalling. Great was my surprise when I weighed in at 105.5kg (233lb)...a loss of 10lb's!!!! I also had to make TWO new holes (shortened it by about 2.5 inches) in my belt!
I was eating EVERYTHING, and drinking more than usual (beer or rum & diet coke). However I was quite active, travelled quite a bit in South Africa and did a lot of fishing (lots of walking and physical activity).
So, to all of you out there worried that you have stalled...RELAX!!! Miracles still happen...and GS surgery is a great way to give the miracle a nudge!
Cheers
PS. Go check my "after" pics in my profile to get some idea what I was eating sometimes...
