Has anyone experience numbness and tingling (sometimes pain even) in their thigh after the surgery?
Be careful not to blame every ache and pain on your sleeve.
Numbness in your thigh maybe to do with your back. Do you have any lower back pain? Basically the nerve roots running out of your spine innervate different areas of your legs. Maybe you've slightly irritated the nerve roots (L2,L3) possibly by altered sleeping positions due to surgery, causing the numbness and tingling in your thigh. Should resolve itself with time.
This is my thought too.
I have had thigh numbness but this was after a bad lower back injury I sustained at work this summer (no worries, I'm a lot better now). I had nerve impingement and I had numbness but also shooting pains at time. It was bad.
It sounds like it's possible back related. have you been sleeping any differently? exercise?
