Default Feel always full... is it good or bad??

Hi all. It's just been over a week and I feel always full. I have been told to always have a bottle of water with me to sip all day,but to wait half hour after food till sipping again. I know I need to drink as I have had a splitting headache for a few days as I was not feeling hungry or thirsty. Still feeling a bit sore and now while I am starting to move more and go for little walks, my back is hurting like mad. Anyone else experiencing the same??

I always felt full that soon after surgery. It went away a few weeks after surgery but I don't ever get hungry now.

My instructions have me drinking with meals during the soft food phase. While on liquids, I was also supposed to drink at least two oz of clear liquids per hour. The waiting 30 minutes after eating doesn't start til 6 weeks out, when I can eat "real" food. Sounds like you need more hydration.

Feeling full, or satisfied is great. That makes it much easier to make wise choices and to resist if we need or want to.
