    Default I found something that makes the protein shakes a bit less plastic tasting...

    I have no been sleeved yet, but I have been testing out different protein shakes and drinks. They all have a distinct 'plastic' taste to them. if you let them sit they form a really gross film... Anyway, realizing that I am going to have to get over this, I have been trying out different ways to make them better. And the golden key for me is sugar free Hersey's syrup. Just a tiny bit makes most all shakes taste almost normal to me. I have also found a liquid protein concentrate that does not taste bad in Crystal Light. I can't recall the name right now. I will repost from home.

    I put non fat Greek yougart in mine. Makes them taste like milk shakes

    I like that idea, too. Thank you. The consistency is so strange. The yoghourt might make it more food-like.

    What I like to do is make some sugar free pudding and add a scope of chocolate protein and then add half a cup into my chocolate shake. I also use Hood's Calorie Countdown chocolate milk to make the shake and pudding. I am 11 months out and like them so much I still have one every morning.

    Oh and unjury makes a chicken soup flavored protein I mix that into strained chicken noodle soup you have to be sure the soup is below 130F or the protein turns into this curdled mess.
