Unflavored Protien Powder - Canada

Hello my Canadian friends.

Just doing some planning for my post op diet and wondering if any of you have found a decent unflavored protien powder that might be ok to add to soups or other more savory foods. I know I will get really tired of the sweeter, chocolate and vanilla flavored drinks. I found a 25g of protien powder from Sangsters that I don't mind the chocolate and vanilla flavor and plan on buying some Premier Protien from Costco.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. I have yet to scour this part of the forum yet as this is the first time I really got thinking about how I will eat for the first couple months after surgery. I am super paranoid about losing my hair so protien will become an obsession for me.

I am also interested in any ideas - especially stuff we get in Canada. Can I ask others to help me with what to buy the stuff for pre op? The 3 days of clear fluids what are all the possibilities? Would Tea be okay?

Can you get Unjury in Canada? Of the unflavored ones I have tried, it was the best for mixing in and taste. Amazon has it and you can also get a sample pack directly from them at Unjury.com. 2 chocolate, 2 vanilla, 2 unflavoured, 2 chicken broth.

Unjury unflavored was going to be my suggestion too. It's the protein that I use most frequently and am afraid to try another one.

We can't get it at Amazon.ca Cyndy, but it is available on Amazon.com, not sure if we (in Canada) can order from there or not. I also sent a message to Unjury itself to see if they will ship to Canada.

I just checked my emails. Unjury will ship to Canada for $18.00. Could be worse. I would like to try the chicken flavor although I wish it was higher protien.

I use Now Sports unflavored whey isolate. I don't know if it's available in Canada, though. I got mine from Amazon.com but bodybuilding.com also has good prices. I believe that GNC & SuperSupplements also carry it.

I use Beneprotein which was recommended by my doctor and NUT. It's pretty good stuff and I can buy it in a store here so I do not have to pay shipping rates.

Amazon.com and amazon.ca are very different.
