Fevers after eating?

The last week or so I get fevers immediately after eating a meal. Has this happened to anybody else? I had a bladder infection last week and was put on antibiotics, but besides that, nothing has changed for me. I eat a meal and within 10 minutes of finishing my meal I get all flush, sweaty, and I'll take my temperature and have a 99ish low grade fever. About an hour after I eat it will go away back to normal, then it repeats at the next meal. It's really bizarre.

That is bizarre, I have never heard of that but if you get an answer as to why please share with us. Good luck to you

I had the hot flash/feverish feeling after eating for the first few times when I could go to solid foods, but not as far out as you are. I asked my doc about it and he said that I probably ate too much and that was the effect of my stomach stretching after eating. Granted I was about 30-45 days out when I was still getting used to eating the smaller portions. It doesn't happen to me now because I've learned when to stop, but if it is worrisome to you I would definitely ask your doc. Good luck!
