    Default Managing your diet!?!

I went for my 3 month check up. The provider said I was losing weight to slowly. She wants me to increase my protein to 100g a day, and atleast 1000 calories a day plus 64 oz of water. I feel full just thinking about it all. Does anybody have any tips on how to manage your day to get in all of these requirements. I am also finding it hard to find good recipes that doesn't use almond milk. I am allergic to tree nuts and soybeans so it makes it even harder to try smoothies and such. Please any advice on how to micro manage your daily intake would be appreciated! Thanks!!

I use My Fitness Pal to log everything I eat, drink, and exercise. You can manually set it to the calorie amount you need, protein amount, etc...
By logging, I can see where I am lacking and try to do better. I hate the protein shakes now, but I make myself have one every morning for breakfast and after logging in my day of food/protein, if I'm lacking in protein I'll have another shake...or if I'm lacking in calories I'll have a healthy snack high in protein.
    Hope that helps

I put unflavored protein powder into other things and that gets me up there just fine. Sugar free pudding, omelets, smoothies. No problem. I also use MyFitnessPal. Nice app, good website.

every 2 to 3 hours put some protein in your body . you will get there. its weird but more food spaced over time can speed metabolism and get your faster weight loss. totally foreign to every diet i ever tried which says restrict restrict restrict. this really works. i have been doing it for awhile here - 2 years
