    Default 20 lbs to go why is it so hard

    Well i have 20 more lbs to go to my Goal. And i can't seem to get it off. It's making me crazy the thought of being so close but not there.
    oh well i know it will happen just taking its time : ) anyone else going though this ?

    I am 14 lbs to go till my goal, but not going crazy I figure I still have about 3 months till Im a year out, also I am actually quite happy where im at now with all the changes with my activity level and health, hang in there, you'll get there!

    There is actually a good reason why the closer you get to goal the harder it is to lose. Go to Google and look up a page to check your BMR, the amount of calories your body uses just to live, not including any activity. When we are much larger, our calories burned just breathing, are much higher than when we are closer to our ideal weight. What this basically means, the smaller we are, the less amount of calories we need, so we either need to decrease our calories more, or increase our activity to use more calories.
