3 day stall at 3 weeks out and not worried

I want to thank everyone herer for all their words of wisdom. The old me would have been in pure panic at this point that I stopped loosing, that the sleeve isnt working for me. Yet having the ability to read about all of your journey's is helping me realise this is a journey and not a race. All I have to do is put one foot in front of the other and listen to my NUT and doctor and the weight will take care of itself.
I am feeling great, learing how much is enough and learning to stop before I feel to full. I am walking and able to hold a conversation with my walking buddy without getting out of breathe. I am happy and my self confidence is raising again. I walk high with me head up and ne down in shame becasue of the abuse I did to my body. I am truly grateful that I have been given this oppertunity to learn to live again a full life and not one on the sideline.

Correct! It's not a race but a journey..3 days is NOT a stall...most of us go through weeks and weeks..and it's ok...u r doing awesome!

I've lived this past year in stalls that last weeks at a time, interupted by a week or so of loss. All of us lose at a different pace. All of us have longer or shorter stalls etc...but never forget....ALL OF US LOSE. The weight will come off. If you eat less than a thousand calories a day and get a little exercise every day, you will lose. period. it might not be all at once, it might take a year or two...but it will come off
