Sick after vitamins?

So I currently take the Bariatric Advantage multivitamins and I noticed that I started to get sick when I take them. I have tried to take them with food, without food, in the morning, evening and night and I am still sick. Any suggestions on a good multivitamin? I'm looking for ideas on something that goes down easy without causing nausea.

Are you taking 1 or 2 a day? At first i was told to take 2 A day, but it did really bad things to me, then they told me i only needed 1 a day. I'm good now. But try to speak to your nutritionist and see what another option would be.

I am supposed to take two a day but I'm lucky if I get one in now. Today I finally threw up! I am good with my calcium citrate and my b12 but that dang multivitamin sucks.

I usually throw up with multi vitamins also but do great with the Centrum Chewables.

I can't stand any of the chewables so I have been taking Oxylent. It's a powdered vitamin that I mix with water and usually a bit of Mio and it's really good. It's says its "sparkling" but there are no bubbles or carbonation. If anything, it has a bit of a tang that I like but that's about it. I showed it to my dr. and he said it was fine. I am hearing you! I was too on BA chewable multivitamins and was throwing up after taking them. And finally have found a solution! A powder multivitamin that I put in yogurt and eat it that way. No move heaving afterwards. Just google something similar. Good luck.
