Ok so I have the multivitamins (liquid), Calcium (Liquid), iron, b12 sublingual, fish oil and biotin. My question is when do I take these?? Seems like alot to take all at once and since I have not hurled yet I do not want to start now. Help!!!

3 months: 10/29/13: 149 lbs (total lost: 35lbs since surgery)
6 months: 1/29/14: 125 lbs (total lost: 59 since surgery)
9 months: 4/29/14: 122 lbs (total lost: 62 since surgery)
12 months: 7/29/14: 122 lbs (total lost: 62 since surgery)
I do chewables and some I swallow. In the morning I take, calcium with D + multivitamin = both are chewables and I take biotin which is a tiny pill. Around lunch time I take B12 which is sublingual. Then at bedtime I take more calcium and another multivitamin. It does seem like a lot but you'll get used to it rather quickly.
