Wednesday Is my big day and I'm a wreck !!!! 😳

I'm so freaked out !! Wednesday is my surgery day ! I hope it's completely normal I'm trying to stay positive but it's getting so hard ! Please keep me in your prayers ! Thanks in advance

@curlyme thank you . I'm trying so hard to stay positive I think I'm just ready to have the surgery done and start my new life ! I'm excited and I know that this is the best thing for me .. It's just the actual surgery process that scares me

It's totally normal. I was really nervous and thinking what if this and what if that? If you were not worried i think that would be not normal.
Just remind yourself of all your reasons for doing this. Mine were yes I could lose weight but I just couldn't keep it off and it would go back on twice as much... Also for our surgeons it is just another day in the office. Have faith in your surgeons ability and make sure you follow all the instructions he gives you after.. Ie drinking enough and walking to get rid too the c02 they have to pump you full of to do the surgery.
You will be fine and keep in touch and let me know how you are doing?

I will definitely let you know how I am doing . Today I woke up with a better mind set on everything . Like you said I can lose the weight but keeping it of is the problem and I'm ready for a permanent life change no more diets. I can't wait to set goals and push myself to get to where I want to be !
