    Lightbulb Sleeved on July 15th

Home now and trying to get used to the liquids! Any suggestions on types of broth you are able to have besides the standards...chicken, beef, veg.? I am doing pretty good getting my liquids in but know I will have to change it up soon! Also, I have been drinking premier protein shakes. Can we blend with pb2 or a banana? Ideas? Thank you! Happy to share the journey!

I think Isopure(found at GNC on sale buy 2 get one free grape and raspberry are tolerable or Akins)is a nice liquid, it has a load of protein, but it is a clear liquid. I want to try the PB2 powder in my next phase, where do you get it from?

I've been using PB2 (ordered from Amazon) with mine all along and it's a nice change up. My first day home my husband got chinese for the family and I had him get me wonton soup and strained it and it was sooooo good! As long as things were strained, my doc said they were fine.

Isopure is awesome. Very pricey but saved me after sleeve started rejecting the shake style protein drinks. Isopure clear is worth every cent to me. When I was making broth I went to the store and bought cuts of meat or seafood and lots of veggies and wrapped all in cheesecloth that I tied off. I boiled for hours and it was so natural and yummy without lots of sodium, plus I felt like I was "cooking". It actually inspired my daughter who is in her her twenties to go all whole foods!

Love pb2. Found at hyvee in organic section and at many health food stores.

PB2 is awesome stuff. I wasn't a huge peanut butter lover but it really adds depth and flavor to those darn protein shakes. Searched high and low for it (not at Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Target, World Market or Fresh Market) and stumbled upon it when I was at a you-pick farm. Will order additional jars as needed from Amazon.

It is absolutely fabulous with just about any chocolate protein powder. I call it my Elvis shake when I add banana extract and the pb2 to the chocolate powder.
