Exclamation Questions about prices/doctors/experience in Mexico!

I'm currently in the process of trying to get approved by my insurance for the sleeve, but just in case it doesn't work out...I am looking into Mexico as a PLAN B

    1. What doctor did you use for your sleeve?
    2. Where in Mexico was it located?
    3. How much did the sleeve cost in total? (Including hotel, hospital, flight, other fees)
    4. How did you like your experience?

Any other information would be greatly appreciated

Default Re: Questions about prices/doctors/experience in Mexico!

    1. What doctor did you use for your sleeve? : Dr Alejandro Lopez via a Lighter me - LOVED the entire group

    2. Where in Mexico was it located? : Mi Hospital in TJ mexico

    3. How much did the sleeve cost in total? (Including hotel, hospital, flight, other fees) : $4700 ( full package coverage for the procedure, care in the Hospital, medications, Hotel stay pre op and post op, Ride to and from the San Diego airport, Rides to and from the hospital ( and shopping trip ), an extra bed in my Hospital room for my Husband ( not having surgery), and a visit to the Hotel room from my surgeon the last day there for check up and drain removal. My airfare was separate and the only other extra expense. It also covers the constant support i receive from the Pt. coordinators, before surgery and after! any question i have is answered within minutes almost always. After i got home i was experiencing some pain and was able to get information on what to do from the surgeon within 15 minutes! Was nothing but over doing it but i was really so happy with the response and follow ups to make sure i was doing okay. For the flight - I'm sure depending on the location it would be different for everyone but for me and my Husband it was 400 round trip.

    4. How did you like your experience? : Can not rave enough about the care at every level of my trip and procedure. It was amazing, i felt safe, well informed and could not have had a better experience anywhere.
