Default Post op day 17- third day of stall and gain

Ok, I know everyone says there is a week 2-3 stall, but somehow I thought if I did enough excercise i would miss it. Last week i did 10 plus miles walking, this week i have already walked 11 since Sunday. Now I haven't just stalled but I am up 2 pounds. Really? How is this possible? Low calories+ lots of excercise= weight loss right? Apparently not. Frustrated.

Take a break from the scale for a few days or a week. You'll feel much better!

Don't turn the scale into another addiction! We were food addicts and now that we've had surgery, we become obsessed with the scale. Take it easy and let the process happen. If you are truly doing everything you are supposed to be doing, then the weight will come off. Some people lose fast while others go a a much slower rate. Ebbs and flows (gains and losses)..........that's what you are going to see as you take this journey but either way, the weight will come off and you will reach your goal!
    Warm regards,

Since you are walking so much you may be building muscle which weighs more than fat. Try checking your measurements. You will do great!!!!

So frustrating. Keep pushing, keep doing what you are doing.
