So, I had my first coffee post sleeve.
Small, sugar free, skinny Turtle Latte from my fave coffee house. Skim milk, sugar free syrups(caramel, chocolate, and pecan), 90 calories, and 0 guilt.
It was complete heaven.
I may have to try to duplicate it at home somehow.
Also, I discovered they have protein smoothies that can be altered by subbing skim milk for the lowfat ice cream base and using sugar free syrup instead of regular. They have 20 grams of protein for a small.
Anyone make their own lattes, etc? Because as much as I love this place, I am so NOT developing a $3.50 a day latte habit.
