Default 15 months out, Life is great 102 lost nothing but positives..

Hey all hows things been. Hope you are trucking along with your loss. I have been at a 102 loss for about 3 months and to be honest im totally cool with that. I have not gained for the first time in years. The sleeve has worked wonders for me. Recent blood work with my doc and the pre diabetic stuff complety gone, my body is getting back into shape and not the shape of round hahaha. I still have to take some heart meds but there are more for a preventive maintain now. here is some things I can do now that I couldnt do or hard a hard time with before
    * no need for the embarrising seat belt extension on planes
*able to ride Roller coasters without fear of oh shoot will I fit or will they tell me i cant ride
    * run 2 miles without stopping doing a 5k in a couple weeks.
Tie my shoes without shortness of breath....Wow really
*shop in the Larg and xl sections of store no more 3x and big n tall.
    * Fear of taking off shirt in public pool.. Now its like yeeeeaaahhh
winter was a bit weird was never able to keep warm stayed bundled up where ever I went and same with the summer so far. Heat dont bother me a bit.
Again hope this finds you all well and if you are on the fence about doing the sleeve... DO IT only regret is I didnt do it sooner and I was a self pay. Any questions ask away...

Congrats, you look fantastic! I am hoping to have my sleeve this fall, will be self pay as well. I cannot think of a better way to spend the money, an excellent investment in our mental and physical well being.

Your story inspires me to keep plugging away and hope that I can achieve the same success that you've had. Congrats, and I love the list of things you can do. I was at Universal Studio's in Orlando last May and I couldn't ride a single ride cause I couldn't fit into the seat. What an embarrassment, man. I'm going to lose this weight and go back to that place and ride what ever the hell I want!!!!!!

Hey! Glad to hear of your success. I remember when you had your surgery Congratulations! I totally know the feeling of going on a roller coaster and not having to worry hahaha I went to Universal Studios last fall and had heard that some seats were too small for a lot of people. I was a little intimidated when I went on the first ride at the Harry Potter area, but I had no problems at all! Going to Disney World this Fall!

i bet it was the hulk ride that was one that did me in and i couldn't ride it. My last amusement park it was so sureal. I sat in the modified seat just happened to be where i was in line at. So we were waiting for the ride to begin and i hear commotion from a few cars back. It was a larger guy that couldn't fut in the seat. The ride operator asked if i could trade seats with him it about brought a tear to my eye cuz that was me a last year...

I can't wait to hear about when you go back. I was at Universal last year and rode with no problems. The previous year I wouldn't have fit (I'm sure of it but was too intimidated to even try!).
