That is great news. i would have to tell you that it's normal to hate the liquid diet. I know I did. And it's normal to be nervous about it. Just want to encourage you that no matter what happens, just talk to us in the forums and you'd know that you're not alone!!!

Today is day one of my liquid diet!!!!!! It is very exciting being this close... the only good thing about the liqued diet!!!!

Everybody here can relate with everyone else and the hardships that being over weight can or has caused. So rather than being surrounded by a world full of Judgemental people who have never experienced what we have, we are surrounded by warm caring and concerned people that won't keep the bad from you, but will tell you that you can make it and it is all worth it in the end. I too am glad I found this site and everybody on it!

Good luck on your liquid diet. I found it tough going but really worth it. Are you also encouraged to take milk thistle tablets to help heal your liver as it shrinks? I did and I have stayed on them as I feel they do me a lot of good.
