Hi....I am currently going through the required nutrition phase of 6 months that the insurance requires. I am currently at month four. So in 2 months I will be prepping for Surgery. I have decided on the Gastric Sleeve and I am very happy this forum is here. So helpful....look forward to having some shoulders to lean on and having my shoulder available as well.

It goes by very fast!! It seems like just yesterday I was at my first consult with the surgeon and here I am almost 9 months out of surgery. This is a great site with lots a great information and lots of really nice people.
Highest weight March 2012: 350 (that I know of--at my referral appointment with PCP)
Pre-op diet weight: 305
Day of surgery: 292
May 18, 2013 Officially lost half of my body weight since my journey started!! From 350 down to 175!!
