I would like to join this support group.
I am "LB", a 41 year old male from Colorado. I have managed to gain about 100 pounds since taking on a new job. I love the job, but it has completely unpredictable hours and I have to spend between 8 and 15 hours a day locked in my car...literally I can not get out of the car during the work day.
The cramped quarters and the crappy eating has put me in a corner and I am doing the sleeve to give myself a little boost in the right direction and to help control my boredom eating and poor food choices. So far, so good.
