Well I'm doing pretty good post op. I went walking in a nature preserve during the day. Then went to the gym and did some power walking for 25 minutes. I feel good and I'm determined to get these pounds off.
Good for you! Walking really helps me feel better, it especially seems to help when I walk after eating. My dog enjoys the fact that I want to walk more often now
