So I have finished the 2 weeks of phase 3 (soft solids). Once you are out of the initial phases, are you supposed to still do 4 oz bkfst, 2 oz snack, 4 oz lunch, 2 oz snack, 4 oz dinner? I find I am hungry even between some of the snacks...
That feeling comes and goes. perhaps look at the protein in your snacks. Low protein may leave you wanting more....

I'd ask my nutritionist if I were you.
My instruction are different from yours...and I suspect that most people have different routines.
Do any of the 4oz meals actually make you feel full? How much of each meal/snack is protein? What's an average days menu for you look like?
What is your menu like? How do you eat?
I usually have 4 oz of greek yogurt for breakfast. Then I will have a few wheat thins wtih tuna fish on them (3 oz of tuna from a can in water with mayo). Then as a snack I will have a few special k popped crackers or maybe a piece of cheese. Then for dinner I will have a hard boiled egg with a piece of cheese or something like that. Then I might have a small snack before bed...not always though. If I do, its a few potato straws- they are this popped snack thats low calorie, all natural, etc.
keep some nuts on hand...if you like almonds, usually two of them will kill the hunger. that is what i did in the early days

Sounds like your menu is a good mix of each food group! As long as you are losing, that is the key!!! id of sounds like how I use to eat in the beginning. I did not deny myself any of the food groups and still dont. GOOD LUCK!
I had my surgery March 20 and my doctor still has me on full liquids - 6 weeks. So I"m doing carnations bfast shakes in the morning, greek yogurt lunch, 1/4 soup dinner, drinking my protein in 20 oz bottles of crystal light. Killing me trying to get all the protein and liquids in but I'm doing it. Can't wait to go to the mushy stage.
little snacks all day is good, but during your losing phase, remember to keep your calories around 800/day, so figure out how that will work into small meals for you. 1200-1300 cal a day is usually a maintaining phase

I agree with checking with your nutritionist. Better to be safe than sorry!
Good luck!
