Friend requests failing to connect.

I've been actively accepting any friend requests I receive and also instigating friend requests for weeks. Most of them work, but some do not. I've gotten multiple requests from the same person on several occasions and accepted them, but they never seem to register completely. I understand that requests do not have to be accepted, but when I receive one and accept...I'd expect it to work.

Are we doing something wrong? Is there a bug in the system?

First time I heard any complaints about this. You check the box(es) and then select Accept correct?

Yes. It's works in most cases. the most recent was about an hour ago I received a request from "kpr" and after accepting, nothing happened. "kpr" was not listed as a friend. Additionally that user has stated sending me multiple requests, which I haven't seen.

On the other side of the coin, the system auto-prompts me to add people as friends when I visit their photos...which is fine. But even when I accept, the next time I visit it asks me again if I want to be their friend.

That happens all the time to me! Another thing that honestly makes my head want to explode is: when responding to a post or when PM-ing someone, all too often, out of nowhere, my post disappears!!! The little yellow box comes up saying "auto saved", but there is no where to retrieve the "disappeared" message from. Anyone else?

Safari on a Mac.

I use IE, Chrome, and Firefox, and see all the issue mentioned.
