    Default Sharp Pains?

Hello friends. I am 2.5 months post op and am having some sharp pains about 4"- 5" below my armpits. They go away, but seem to return a couple times a day. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced these types of pains? Other than these pains, in such an odd place, I feel great! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Both sides? Front, back? After you eat? After exercise?
Could be anything from parts still moving around in there to IBS, to gallbladder....
Sorry, but there's not much to go by.

Gas, you can still get gas forever. At least that is what my New Doc says. So move and it will go away.

I'm thinking gas too. I'm 11 months out and if I drink a cup of coffee too fast or something like that, I'll get those pains...they last for about 20 minutes but are VERY uncomfortable...almost going across my ribs and back.

Thanks people, must be gas, and pains are very uncomfortable, but they do go away. Just found them to be is such an odd place (nipple line accross back on both sides) , not from exercise, or stretching or anything. I move and then it goes awat, so 'll go with gas....thank you

It could be gallbladder. Maybe you should say something to your doctor. Gallbladder is nothing to mess around with. My boss almost died when a gallstone got stuck in his pancreas. Hope you feel better soon.
