A glass of red wine

I am three weeks post op as of tomorrow and have had zero problems. I'm also a non drinker, however in the summer time friends like to come over after the kids are in bed and sit out on the deck and have a drink. Would a glass of wine cause any problems?

My doctor told me that a glass of wine would be fine, but that I needed to be really careful cause you will feel the affects of alcohol MUCH faster then pre WLS. So I would say if your going to try your first glass, at home on your own from porch would probably be the best place to try it out! Good Luck
