    Default Protein?

I know I'm not getting 60g of protein. Is there a protein gummy so that I can take that instead of filling up on shakes I can't finish?

There is unflavored protein powder you can add to things like yogurt and soups, and there's protein pudding. There are protein powders that have really high protein (like 25g per scoop) so you don't have to have so many shakes. *shrug*

I understand how frustrating it can be.

In my early days I used the ready to drink isopure zero carb beverages. I liked the grape frost version and if it was too sweet I just added some water to dilute it. Worked well for me. This phase will be over soon. I have never heard of protein gummies though. Good luck!

in the beggining, it is like that, but you will get better at it. I used to feel the same way, but know, I'm much, much better. Today, @ lunch time I had already consume 54 on proteine and yesterday, I finished my day with 75 on proteine, but I'm a month and 3 weeks out. I use the premier shakes from Costco and the ones from GNC, I also use greek yogurt and cheese sticks, they are awesome to help you reach your goal.

This early... it's tough. My doc's didn't have us worry about shakes for the first 7 days, just staying hydrated. Try Premier Protein shakes though, they are MUCH better than anything else I tried. Once I was on soft foods I started eating protein bars. I have now found Power Crunch Bars... they taste fantastic. If you do bars, go slow and chew, chew, chew. It will get so much easier in time. Hang in there. And sorry, no such thing as protein gummies, pills or anything like that... I looked into it
