Here we go! New month = new goals!
Here are my goals for April!
1) I would like to lose 5 pounds this month (I am currently 174 pounds). Weight loss has really slowed down because I am close to goal, but I think 5 pounds is totally doable.
2) Keep up with my resistance/weight lifting. I want to do these activities at least 4 times a week.
3) Make certain to take my vitamins every day (I have been slacking off from time to time).
4) Attend the support group meeting this month (10th).
5) Attend my appointment with my psychologist on the 26th.
6) Activate my Groupon for the 10-kick boxing classes! This is something I would have never tried in the past, but now I am willing to step outside my comfort zone.
