But Finally, lost 4 pounds in the past two weeks...
So happy things seem to be moving again!!

I can relate I have not lost a pound since February 24th...but I refuse to back down from my healthy eating or working out! I got this...and so do you

Weight last appointment prior to surgery: 265 (6/29/12)
Weight beginning of two-week full liquid/high protein diet: 265 (7/25/12)
Weight day of surgery (8/8/12): 253.2
ONEDERLAND: 12/10/12: 198
100 pounds lost 7/3/13
Reached goal weight of 160 pounds on 9/9/13 (1 year, 1 month, and 1 day post-op)

When I am stalled I check my inches, I find that I I am losing inches even if I am not losing pounds

So encouraging! I am in the 2nd wk of a stall and confused whether I need to eat more calories and protein or if I'm not eating enough. I am trying to focus on the protein and drink 5 bottles of water per day. I am working out at the gym 5 days per week. I just keep hoping the scale will start moving but it seems to be stuck. On the upside, I have cleaned out my closet 3 times since I started this journey so something must be going right!
