im on day 4 now has def helped me to quick my carb addiction and realize that my sleeve is still there and tight I just have been eating the wrong foods def need more protein in my life because that causes the tight feeling and keeps u full longer and not drinking w meals makes a huge difference hoping to move past my stalls and get to goal w this boost

I just did it two weeks ago and lost 6.6lbs after not losing in 10 weeks! This last week I gained .4 back but figured my body was just bouncing back, lol! The first day was the hardest then it was pretty easy! Thinking I'll do it once per month till I reach goal to keep myself focused!!!!
