Long time since last post.

Hey Everyone!!

It's been awhile since the last time I posted, just busy!! I am at 5 1/2 months post op, down 64 lbs and only 26 more to meet goal!! Woot woot!! So exciting!! I finally went back to work but unfortunately I've missed alot already due to getting a stomach virus twice and now I have a sinus and upper respiratory infections. My blood pressure is in the lower/normal range!! My iron levels are low tho, boooo! I started losing my hair about a month ago, nothing drastic and nobody else can tell. Because I take biotin 1000 mcg 2 times daily, my hair everywhere seems to be growing really fast. As hard as I try I still can't get all my protein and water in. I do everything I can which includes protein drinks on occasion, my stomach really does restrict my intake. I don't feel like its stretching at all!! Which is awesome!! As for the weight coming off yes it is going slow, yes I know everyone is different. I can't believe that I'm almost there tho. Hopefully by the first week of June I will be to my goal, to enjoy the summer!! I'm so enjoying my new lease on life!!

Hi Tonya, congrats!! I'm also from PA (eastern), and had my sleeve 2/11/13. You say it's slow going, but I think it seems like you're doing great! Did you have many stalls? I seem to be stalling every week for 4 or 5 days, then just go down about a pound. I'm getting discouraged and feeling like I'm getting nowhere! I was so looking forward to being down 40+ pounds by the end of June, but......it's not looking to promising

The first 25 lbs just melted right away. Yes lots of stalls, your right on the week long stall to only lose a few lbs and then back to stall.
