Mexico Need Help !!!!!!!!!!

I know you get a lot of questions on here about Mexico, but I am new and I really need a walk through from somebody that has been there. I am going to Cancun the end of Feb and thought about having it done there. Can anyone give me advise and help on this. I am scared to death but it will save me 10,000 on the cost.

I went to Tijuana and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I don't know about Cancun though. Money was a great motivating factor for myself as well, but I did my research on my Dr. and the surgery before I committed. Are there specific questions you have?

I also went to Tijuana Mexico to dr Almanza and had a wonderful experience my only advice is to research your doctor and maybe get a travel buddy. It is a couple of good surgeons in Tijuana tht is very popular on this board that have very good prices. DrAlmanza, Dr. GARCIA,DR
ALVAREZ, DR RODRIGUZ AND DR.QUINOISE I THINK THATS HOW U SPELL HIS NAME. BUT JUST DO UR RESEARCH AND I SHOULD DO FINE.

Like jammy, I went to TJ Mexico as well, my surgeons, Drs. Lopez & Dr. Osana ( husband /wife team) and had a very good experience as well. Do your research till your confident you found the right surgeon for you. I went through pages and pages on this site as well as many others until I made my decision. Price was also a factor , as my insurance wouldn't pay for the surgery because I wasn 't "fat" enough according the their standards! You will know when you find the surgeon, it will feel right. I wish you success in your weight loss journey.

Oh thank you so much and am really scared but just can't pay the over price. How long did you have to wait to get the surgery?
