There's an app called "get in shape" I downloaded it a few days ago.... It gives you a diet and workout plan ... It's great!! I started the "lose 7lbs in 3 days plan" ... It's my second day and I've lost 5lbs already it has various diet plans starting from 3 days to a month. The best bit is its free!!
I just can't get my self to go to the gym or for a walk so the work out plan is perfect for me ... It's easy to do and you can do it at home
