premier protein shakes

Me too I lOve them so I ask the guy the nut in the office and he said that she's crazy lol he did si don't listen to her. Sorry to say this but I don't like her. Letizia theirs 3 nut talk to the other 2 I forgot the other girls name she's nicer unlike her much more.

I'm glad you found the Premier Shakes AND actually like them. I find that I like them much better with 1/4 cup of skim milk. I also love the chocolate with a squirt of Raspberry Syrup warmed in the MW and topped off with sugar free whipping cream. Vanilla is good using a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice, heated (below 130) and sf whipped cream! These were a God send for me as I cannot stand even a tiny bit of the smell or taste of the protein! Good luck experimenting!

I buy Torani syrups. You can buy them in direct from the company. Since I purchased mine I think they have small bottles where you can determine what you like before buying a larger bottle. Amazon has them but most have to be bought in 3 bottles packages. That is just too much to buy before you know what you like! My favorite so far is Raspberry and Hazelnut.

I found that I like the Premier best when they are very cold and over ice. I like the chocolate better than the vanilla but it is nice to have a change. I never thought about adding a flavoring to the vanilla. Hmm.

I eat the bars as well as the shakes. They aren't "fabulously delicious", but they taste ok. They, like the shakes, also provide 30 g protein per bar. Variety pack at Sam's gives 3 flavors (Chocolate Peanut Butter; Double Chocolate Crunch; Yoghurt Peanut butter) - I have used them as meal replacements for lunch if I'm on the go.
