I was okay for a while at first, but then I was super-careful in the beginning. I did feel nauseaus at times but rarely vomitted. Now, more than 6 months on, I can barely eat without vomitting. I am always feeling nauseated. I take anti-nausea meds every day. Thankfully, after I vomit, I start feeling a lot better. Eating is still such a struggle. To make things worse, my weight loss stabilized three months ago and I'm having a hard time shifting it. This is on top of barely being able to eat!

I'd love to say how much the nausea eases off. Unfortunately I do not have that experience. All we can do is learn to listen to our stomachs, eat slowly, try to keep up with eating healthily, and keep up the water. (I've really detested the hair-loss too as I always get protein before eating anything else.)

Sorry- hope I'm not been too grumpy. I don't feel it, just telling the facts as they are for me at the moment.

If it helps, I find that sucking on a pure-juice iceblock (or lo-cal iceblock) is quite comforting when I can't eat anything else.

Have you tried drinking grean tea? It's supposed to help alleviate nausea.

I'm the same. but like you said, settle down and really relax before you eat and take lots of time to chew well. I know it's hard but we HAVE to learn and mindfully eat until it becomes 2nd nature. All the best. S.S. Sandy
